Hi Everyone!
Today is very hot and damp again! The weather is horrible. The wind is blowing South and the sea in front of my house is grey and the beaches a filthy! It's like all the sea weed came up on shore for a party :) It's not that I go to swim here because its a rocky beach and I like to go to sandy beaches. Plus I don't like going on my own.
I didn't go walking today! Yesterday I walked too fast and i hurt my groins. So today I had to have a break. But still I didn't eat junk. I ate very little pasta at noon and an omelet this evening. But if tomorrow my legs feel better I intend on going walking, but maybe not that fast. It's better than doing nothing anyways.
I have to go and have a shower now. Talk to you later!
